Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 22, 2025

We want you to love your order from Kuyan Collective. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items with original tags and packaging.
To start a return, contact us at bryanaguada@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions:

• Item must be in new condition (unwashed, unused).
  
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect.
  
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
  

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Sale or clearance items
  
• Gift cards
  
• Digital products
  
• Donations
  

3. Exchanges

If you need a different size or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately at bryanaguada@yahoo.com with photos. We’ll replace or refund it at no extra cost.

5. Donations

Please note that 10% of every order is donated to local churches. Donations are processed quarterly and cannot be refunded once made.
