Thank you for shopping with Kuyan Collective. Every order supports our mission to give back to the church and spread the Gospel. Below you’ll find details on our shipping process, delivery times, and policies.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

🇨🇦 Canada

We’re working to expand international shipping soon — stay tuned for updates through our email newsletter and Instagram.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving payment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Estimates

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on Instagram @KuyanCollective to stay updated.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 business days, contact us at bryanaguada@yahoo.com

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Kuyan Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us — we’ll do our best to assist.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and your package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

8. Customs & Duties (Canada Orders)

International orders (outside the U.S.) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer.
