Kuyan Collective is a faith-driven apparel and fitness brand offering gym gear, accessories, and clothing inspired by purpose and faith. All products are sold subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory errors.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada.
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues or holidays.
Kuyan Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the order as delivered.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items with original tags attached.
To start a return, please contact us at bryanaguada@yahoo.com with your order number.
We do not accept returns on sale or clearance items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

7. Donations

As part of our mission, 10% of all proceeds are donated to local churches and faith-based community programs.
These donations are made quarterly and cannot be refunded or redirected once a purchase has been completed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including images, designs, logos, and text — is owned by Kuyan Collective and protected under copyright and trademark law.
